Terms for Under 18 Years Old Members:

Members under the age of 18 are eligible for all services available to adults.
However, one of the parents must be registered in the system to access these services for their children.
You can add as many children members as needed.

Wallet Account: Enjoy daily withdrawal limits of up to RM 20,000 and international money transfer options, including Western Union.
RM10 Deposit to keep in the bank wallet.
Yearly maintenance Fees RM10.

Digital ID Integration:

QR Code: A scannable QR Code linked to the platform and related partner systems for seamless and efficient identity verification.

Life Insurance:

Coverage: RM 20,000 life insurance coverage for death-related incidents (available for individuals aged 18-65).

Legal Assistance:

National System Registration: Your registration in national systems like TRIS helps minimize risks of detention or legal issues.
Legal Support: Comprehensive legal assistance by connecting immigrants with suitable pro bono lawyers. We collaborate with UNHCR and human rights organizations to ensure fair treatment, safeguard immigrant rights, and align with Malaysian regulations.

Advanced Legal Assistance:

Free Legal Consultations: Available via Telegram , Live Chat, or email for immediate support.
Affordable Legal Services: Access discounted legal representation from lawyers accredited by the Malaysian Bar Association, ensuring accessible and professional legal advocacy for immigrants.

Enhanced Healthcare Insurance:

Coverage of up to RM 6,000 in government hospitals, with RM 6,000 coverage for private hospitals.

Business Banking Services:

Business Accounts & Cards: Access business accounts with a card limit up to RM 50,000.
POS System & Online Payments: Utilize Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and online payment solutions for businesses registered under SDN or PLT structures.

Purpose of Membership:
- This membership is designed to assist immigrants in gaining access to essential medical services and legal support, in accordance with the regulations of Malaysia.

Exemption from Criminal Activities:
- Community leaders and supported organizations are not responsible for members who become involved in criminal activities. However, they will offer consultations to explore legal paths and potential solutions in such cases.

Non-Political and Non-Religious Nature:
- The community leaders and supported organizations do not align with any political party or religious group. Their purpose is solely to assist immigrants and asylum seekers in exploring options for a dignified life.

Payment Consideration:
- The payment made is considered as a contribution to help immigrants, UNHCR Card Holders, IMM13 Card Holders, and Online Registration Applicants to UNHCR, Communities. It is not considered as payment to buy services.

Liability Disclaimer:
- The community leaders and supporting organizations will not be held liable for any incidents or actions related to members' participation or use of the services provided.

Service Suspension:
- If the monthly maintenance fee is not paid, all services will be suspended until payment is made. Once payment is received, all services will be reactivated promptly.
